Ufford opened in February 2005. The five-barrel plant was set up with the assistance of the Parish Brewery in Leicestershire (qv). The beers will initially only be available in the four pubs related to owner Mick Thurlby: Smiths of Bourne, Crown Hotel of Stamford, Periwig of Stamford and White Hart of Ufford. Regular seasonal specials are produced.
