CAMPAIGN FOR REAL ALE

Scenes from the 2009 St Ives Beer Festival

1,350 people enjoyed over 3,600 pints of real ale, 560 pints of cider, and 550 bottles of foreign beer over the course of the event.

Congratulations to the winner of the Hunts Post competition, who won a copy of the 2010 Good Beer Guide, launched at the festival.

Our charity of the festival, Huntingdonshire Wildlife Trust, raised £267.

Milton "Othello" was voted "Beer of the Festival", with Son of Sid "Muckcart Mild" in second and Dark Star "American Pale Ale" in third place.
